Agriculture
Soil which is used continously will loose it’s fertility very quickly, although being fertilized. The cause id the easy decomposition of many fertilizers with a high solubility, resulting in evaporating and leaching of its components. With Zeolite functioning as absorbent, those parts of the fertilizer are not easily leached out or evaporated, but remain longer in the soil so prolonging the possibility of absorbing by the plant. This means an increase in the potential plant production (corp).
Japanese farmers have been using Zeolite in their traditional farming for more than 100 years.
Other benefits of Zeolite
- Able to neutralized soil PH
- Holds water penetrated, store and release accounting to the plants need.
- According to experiments, Zeolite gives good results with rops as rice, soy bean, corn, nightshade, and carrots the increase in growth is more than 15% compared with the usual condition of farming.
Dose and the method used
For wet lands/rice fields, dry the soil first for 1 – 10 days until the soil surface becomes compact. Spread 400Kg/Ha or 40 g/m2 Zeolite over the soil before the soil is ploughed or dug leave it for 2 – 3 days after ploughing or digging and after the Zeolite has been distributed evenly after 2 – 3 more days the planting may begin.
